Kristen Beck BHSc,  Dip. Nutrition, Grad.Dip.Human Nutrition, Grad.Cert.Education, Adv.Dip Naturopathy. 

34 year old nutritionist, health scientist and mother of three Kristen Beck is Director of Beck Health & Nutrition Group.  Kristen is a professionally-accredited, Registered Nutritionist (RN042) who has been practicing and lecturing for more than 13 years.  She spent several years working in the nutritional supplement industry specialising in supplement formulation and design before focusing on nutrition education and public health.

Kristen is a senior nutrition and sports science lecturer at the International College of Management Sydney (www.icms.edu.au) and regularly presents professional development nutrition lectures and seminars for organisations including Westmead Hospital (www.westmead.nsw.gov.au).  Kristen is also involved in nutrition policy development for Sydney West Area Health Service, is the media spokesperson for Only Organic Baby Food Australasia, is the resident nutritionist for Cleo magazine and resident nutrition expert for Women's Health magazine. In her role as founder and director of Beck Health & Nutrition Group, Kristen has delivered nutrition and health education to thousands of individuals and some of the world's leading corporations.  Kristen lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia with her husband and three young children (Joel (8), Geoff (6) and Elise (3)) and is a keen surfer and accomplished distance runner.
