Beck Health & Nutrition is committed to providing practical, up-to-date, accurate and user-friendly nutrition information. Our key spokesperson, Kristen Beck (Bachelor of Health Science, Postgraduate Diploma Human Nutrition, Postgraduate Certificate Higher Education, Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy) is a Registered Nutritionist, Health Scientist and highly sought after and respected media commentator, public speaker and lecturer. As a mother of three young children Kristen brings a practical point of view to the often over-complicated topics of nutrition and health. Kristen is also the Resident Nutritionist for both Cleo and Women's Health Australia magazines as well as being regularly quoted in Cosmopolitan, OH Baby, Practical Parenting, Balance and Runner's World magazines. She has appeared on a range of TV programs including TODAY, A Current Affair, The Circle radio 2UE and More FM.
Kristen has worked with corporate groups including Only Organic Baby Food, Contours Fitness, International College of Management, Westmead Hospital, Sydney West Area Health Service, Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI), Chifley Plaza and the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia to develop tailored nutritional communications and solutions. In her role as Founder and Director of Beck Health & Nutrition Group, Kristen has delivered nutrition and health education to thousands of individuals and some of the world's leading corporations. Kristen lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia with her husband and three young children (Joel (9), Geoff (7) and Elise (4)) and is a keen surfer and accomplished distance runner.
