About the trainer

31 year old Nutritionist Kristen Beck is the director of Beck Health & Nutrition Group.  Kristen is a professionally accredited nutritionist who has been studying, practicing and lecturing in nutrition for more than 13 years.  She spent several years working in the vitamin supplement industry specialising in vitamin supplement design before focusing on nutrition education. Kristen is a senior nutrition lecturer at the International College of Management Sydney (www.icms.edu.au) (in the St Patrick's estate at Manly) and regularly presents professional nutrition and health seminars and workshops for organisations including Westmead Hospital (www.westmead.nsw.gov.au).

Kristen lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia with her husband and three young children and is a keen surfer and middle-distance runner.
