Ready-made meals have come a long way since the old frozen TV dinners. They are a popular option when you’re just too tired or busy to cook, but some of them can be extremely high in sodium, added sugars and preservatives. When choosing a healthy option, always look for one that contains plenty of vegetables, some lean meat or legumes for protein as well as some whole-grain carbohydrates.
